Important Points

  1. Medium-low heat
  2. Hand Wash only
  3. Wooden or Silicon Spatula only, no steel spatula
  4. 90 secs max pre-heating
  5. Stove and Induction Safe
  6. Do not store acidic food for a long duration
  7. Recommended not to be put in the refrigerator
  8. Make sure there is no residue on the surface after use.

Cleaning:

  1. Use a non-abrasive sponge and mild soap/detergent
  2. Avoid using dishwasher
  3. Avoid quick change in temperature - Let the pan cool down before washing
  4. Wipe the surface with a cloth after cooking to prevent staining
  5. Do not leave the cookware in water for too long
  6. In case of an oil spill on the cookware body, wipe it out immediately. Cooking it with the oil on the outer surface might leave a permanent stain.
