Important Points
- Medium-low heat

- Wooden or Silicon Spatula only, no steel spatula

- Make sure there is no residue on the surface after use.
Cleaning:
- Use a non-abrasive sponge and mild soap/detergent
- Avoid using dishwasher
- Avoid quick change in temperature - Let the pan cool down before washing
- Wipe the surface with a cloth after cooking to prevent staining
- Do not leave the cookware in water for too long
- In case of an oil spill on the cookware body, wipe it out immediately. Cooking it with the oil on the outer surface might leave a permanent stain.
